On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the approval of the Rule of this Secular Order, the Holy Father, turning to you with most auspicious thoughts, joins in giving thanks to the Lord. While trusting that this significant anniversary may kindle renewed apostolic fervour and commitments of fidelity to Christ and the Church, He invokes, by the intercession of the Holy Virgin and of saint Francis of Assisi, a continued divine assistance and most wholeheartedly imparts the requested apostolic blessing, pledge of abundant divine favours.
